Restaurant Blumé offers modern and elegant dishes. The menu is composed to create the ultimate taste experience. A choice can be made between a 3-, 5- and 7-course tasting menu. The latest techniques are used and you experience true gastronomy in terms of texture, taste and experience.
In addition, our menu can be supplemented with a matching wine arrangement and can be expanded with a selection of cheeses.
